IDC School of Design (IDC) previously known as Industrial Design Centre at IIT Bombay has a well-established Master of Design (MDes) degree programme in Industrial Design, Communication Design, Animation Design, Interaction Design & Mobility and Vehicle Design, as well as a PhD programme in Design.
The program offers courses from all the major domains of design like product design, interaction design, and communication design to name a few.
The department offers an M.Des. degree, a B.Des. degree (the only undergraduate level degree of its kind in an Indian Institute of Technology) and a PhD degree in Design.
